Elizabeth McAnally
Owner/Administrator
Elizabeth was born and raised in Newark, Ohio. She graduated from Franklin University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 2014 specializing in Health Care Management. She has been in the healthcare industry for six years. During those years she assisted with the establishment of several home care companies. She has successfully managed therapy and nursing teams in the home care industry through her ability to build and maintain a high standard of patient care.
Elizabeth continues to hold high standards in all that she does in regards to patient care and professionalism which sets Premier Home Health apart from other home care companies. Premier Home Health is a local family owned business, that has allowed Elizabeth to focus on the personal touch that often gets lost in larger corporations with overhead and layers of administration cost.
With her experience in Administration and with insight into the kind of care she would wish for her own family, Elizabeth understands what it takes to run a successful home care company. She believes in the home care model of aging in place and will always be willing to look at the bigger picture and consider all options in helping our seniors maintain their independence. Premier Home Health will strive to deliver a high level of professionalism, as well as compassion to the betterment of seniors in our community.
On a personal note, Elizabeth has a very large family with whom she enjoys spending most of her free time. She has been married for 13 years and has 3 children. She loves to travel, listen to music, dance, ski, and being physically active.
Tammy Kean, RN
Director of Clinical Services
With dedication and a kind heart, Tammy has been a hard-working nurse for over thirty years. At a young age, the call to help others in need was indeed a strong one, and something she could not ignore. Her journey in healthcare began a few years after moving to Ohio and graduating high school, signing up at the Knox County Career Center and earning her LPN license. Quite the productive few years, for after earning her license, she was then married to the love of her life, Wayne Kean, mothering two children, Bradley and Nicholas (The other 2 loves of her life!).
Most would think the adventure ends here, but not for Tammy. Soon enough, she was back to school, this time at Hocking College where she earned her RN license. Throughout her career in healthcare, Tammy has built up a positive reputation, not only with those she cares for, but with various healthcare entities, colleagues and physicians in the central Ohio area.
A wide arrange of positions, Tammy has intimate knowledge of assisted living, long term care, home health, and hospice. With so much experience, an unwavering love to care for others and the drive to change, it is no wonder her career has culminated into becoming a corporate nurse. Fifteen years of toil, wrangling together a company’s workforce and setting a standard for proper and ethical treatment for all patients. She has the same expectation for each and every one of her employees. Her schedule is always filled to the brim, but she always makes time to meet with those she cares for, earning the respect and even the friendship of her Patients.
While her corporate life is certainly a busy one, the time she finds to herself is spent with her loving family and her friends. A hostess to nearly every party, or perhaps at least the baker; she enjoys catering for each and every member of her extended family. A professional baker should she ever choose, Tammy has taken pride in the artwork of her confectionery treats. The love of baking, however, is only matched by her love of travel, often making excursions to different countries to experience a bit of their culture. All of this has shaped a knowledgeable and loving individual, peerless in her willful drive to provide for others.
